Jordan is a seasoned real estate leader with 20 years of experience in acquisition and development. He is recognized for his ability to build long-lasting relationships and his exceptional track record of project success — having never had a project that wasn't profitable. A creative problem solver at his core, Jordan is known for turning significant hurdles into manageable "speedbumps," ensuring that projects move forward through disciplined execution.

As the Founder and Managing Partner of TXLL Group, Jordan focuses on a vision where the firm serves as a catalyst for community improvement and partner wealth. Under his leadership, the company has achieved a decade of self-sustained growth. He oversees the strategic direction of the firm, including its acquisition and development arms, ensuring that every project aligns with the company's purpose-driven values.

Personal

Jordan has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 14 years, and they have four children: Logan, Aubree, Jack, and Carder. A former DJ with a passion for all genres of music, he can often be found playing "amateur BBQ master" and "grooving" out on the patio during weekends. He is an avid outdoorsman who treasures hunting and fishing trips with his father and his children.

Mark Godfrey is a commercial real estate developer, architect, and builder with 25 years of experience delivering complex projects from concept through completion. His background spans architecture, construction management, estimating, and formal training in real estate and construction law, enabling him to structure and execute projects with a strong command of contracts, risk allocation, entitlement strategy, and deal mechanics alongside design and construction.

His work includes office, industrial, mixed use, retail, hospitality, and land development, with projects ranging from 40,000 to 1.2M square feet across Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas and nationwide. He is known for disciplined underwriting, rigorous cost and schedule control, investor-aligned execution, and clear, direct communication.

TXLL Group focuses on sourcing strategic land and delivering high-quality, income-producing assets through a disciplined horizontal and vertical development platform. Previously served as Executive Vice President of Development for a commercial real estate firm delivering millions of square feet of Class A office and mixed use nationwide.

Outside of his professional work, Bryson is a devoted family man, married to his wife Liz with two sons, Parker and Jackson. Bryson and his family are involved at TCAL Church in Mansfield and live in Dalworthington Gardens. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and off-roading, and spends his free time traveling or enjoying ranch weekends with family and friends.
