Mark Godfrey is a commercial real estate developer, architect, and builder with 25 years of experience delivering complex projects from concept through completion. His background spans architecture, construction management, estimating, and formal training in real estate and construction law, enabling him to structure and execute projects with a strong command of contracts, risk allocation, entitlement strategy, and deal mechanics alongside design and construction.
His work includes office, industrial, mixed use, retail, hospitality, and land development across Midlothian, Texas and nationwide. He is known for disciplined underwriting, rigorous cost and schedule control, investor-aligned execution, and clear, direct communication.
Mark partners with strategic landowners and development partners to identify and originate new development opportunities in all sectors of real estate. He leads those pursuits from early concept and approvals through funding, resource allocation and implementation, working with the TXLL team to advance projects from opportunity to execution.
His work focuses on identifying well-positioned opportunities, structuring disciplined development strategies, and advancing projects that create durable value for partners, investors, and stakeholders.
Mark has been married to his wife Stephanie for 20 years, and together they have two sons, Cash and Henry. Much of their family time is spent outdoors, whether at their ranch, at the beach, in the mountains, by the pool, or playing a round of golf or tennis together. The Godfrey family enjoys hunting, fishing, sports and just about anything that involves being outside. When he is not working on development projects, Mark can usually be found in the shop designing and building his next project, experimenting with the smoker, cooking, or listening to all kinds of music.
For Mark, the best days are the simple ones spent outdoors with family, good food and good music.

Outside of his professional work, Bryson is a devoted family man, married to his wife Liz with two sons, Parker and Jackson. Bryson and his family are involved at TCAL Church in Mansfield and live in Dalworthington Gardens. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and off-roading, and spends his free time traveling or enjoying ranch weekends with family and friends.

Devin brings systems engineering experience from 8 years working Department of Defense contracts, combined with 8 years in the non-profit space. An experienced manager in both for-profit and non-profit environments, Devin has led teams to accomplish a wide variety of goals and excels at breaking down complex problems into workable tasks.
Devin is married to his wife, Brianna. They have three children, a French bulldog, and a hamster. The Dickel family loves hanging out with friends, playing games, finding good hikes, and eating good tacos. They cheer on the Iowa Hawkeyes and Minnesota Vikings, and a dream vacation would be finding a quiet lake in Northern Minnesota to go fishing in the warmer months.

He has managed 35+ projects of various size, type, and complexity, with $135M under management at any given time and 900k+ SF of completed projects. Known for his ability to lead large, cross-functional teams, Ian brings deep expertise in aligning external requirements with internal programs to deliver successful outcomes.
Ian provides local presence for timely construction issue resolution and excels at program design and stand-up, program health checks, and project recovery. His leadership spans the full project lifecycle — from preconstruction services and design coordination through construction management, procurement, monthly draw management, move-in coordination, and project closeout.

Brandon brings over eighteen years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry to TXLL Group. During his career, he sat on two of the three industry boards — SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers) and NM API in the state of Michigan. He has held various positions across multiple companies including production foreman, rig & pipeline superintendent, well completion tech, production enhancement consultant, and Landman/leasing agent.
Brandon's vision for his role within TXLL is to lighten the load carried by the partners — helping to manage both long distance and boots-on-the-ground project details. He brings strong multitasking and project management skills alongside excellent public relations and communication abilities.
Brandon has been married for 18 years and has four children. He enjoys country music and Texas music, and loves spending time in the Florida Keys.
